I. Ages for legal purposes
Ages of majority
In Swaziland the legal age is twenty one years (21).

Age of consent for sexual activity
The age of consent for sexual activity in Swaziland is eighteen (18) years of age.

Age of consent for marriage
The age of consent for marriage is the age of majority : twenty one (21) years of age.

II. Rape
Sexual intercourse ( including anal and oral intercourse) with children
Crimes Act n6 of 1889

Sexual intercourse involving the use of violence (including threats or surprise)
Girls and Women protection Act n 39 of 1920 ;

Criminal procedure and evidence Act n67 of 1938 ;
Crime Act n6 of 1889.

Sexual intercourse without the use of violence neither threats or surprise
Girls and Women protection Act n39 of 1920.

Sexual intercourse with a child commited by a person related to the child
Crime Act n6 of 1889.

Sexual intercourse with a child commited by a parent or a person having authority over the child
Girls and Women protection Act n 39 of 1920 ;

Marriage Act n 47 of 1964 ;
Crime Act n6 of 1889.

III. Other forms of sexual abuse against chidren
Girls and Women protection Act n 39 of 1920 ;

Criminal procedure and evidence Act n67 of 1938 ;
Crime Act n6 of 1889.

IV. Child prostitution
Swaziland does not have child prostitution.

V. Child pronography
Swaziland does not have child pornography.
