SERBIA LAWS: 1. Has no sodomy laws, the age of sexual consent is 18 for homosexual males and 14 for lesbians and heterosexuals. Indecent acts against nature with an under-aged male person over the age of 14, can be punished with imprisonment of up to 1 year.
2. Homosexuals are discharged from the Armed Forces if their  homosexuality is revealed, and the term "psychological disorder" is entered into their medical record.
NOTE: 1. Anti-gay attitudes are deeply ingrained here.

Serbia: The repeal was on July, 14th. 1994.
"We never found out who initiated the law reform on male homosexuality. It was an absolutely silent proposal and after it was adopted nobody (I am talking about our media) announced that the change has been made." (21 Oct 1994 - "Hello from Arkadia, Belgrade, Serbia - Jelica Todosijevic)

"Article 110 of the Criminal Law of the Republic of Serbia, 14 July 1994, Section on Indecent Acts Against Nature, reads: "For indecent acts against nature with the under-aged male person over the age of 14, the actor will be punished by the imprisonment of up to one year." The former version criminalised "indecent acts against nature" between two males regardless of age" (Serbia by Jelica Todosijevic, p. 179)
Kosovo: The repeal was also in 1994 (ILGA Euroletter 44, September 1996, Alan Reekie) [some doubts have been expressed about whether the repeal has taken place]
